Then they pay a small deposit that holds the property until while they secure financing or pay the remainder of the price.

New technologies continue to shake up the traditional real estate model. BuzzBuzzHome already monitors sales and price fluctuations on pre-built developments in real-time. This particular option appeals to pre-construction home buyers who do their own research online and prefer to skip sales centres and tedious paperwork.
